Leisch Fellowship

Applicant must be enrolled full-time in a school that is ABET-accredited and belongs to the Council of University Transportation Centers. Applicant must be a member of ASCE. Thesis topic is considered for selection. Selection is based upon appraisal of applicant's justification, educational plan, academic performance and standing, potential for development, leadership capacity, and financial need. Previous recipients are not eligible to reapply.
