Applicant must graduate from a high school in Barry, Barton, Cedar, Christian, Dade, Dallas, Douglas, Greene, Howell, Jasper, Laclede, Lawrence, Mc-Donald, Newton, Oregon, Ozark, Polk, Shannon, Stone, Taney, Texas, Vernon, Webster, or Wright counties.

Renewable if recipient completes at least 24 credit hours per year with a minimum 3.25 GPA.
