Kevin Higgins College Scholarship

Applicants must be a U.S. high school senior rugby player, have a 2.5 or better GPA and plan to continue playing rugby at the collegiate level. Selection is based on character recommendations, community service, rugby potential and the personal statement. Financial need will be considered.
