Applicant must be an Iowa resident who satisfies two of the following criteria: ranks at least in the top ten percent of their high school class; is a member of the National Honor Society; or has a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Award amount is per year.

Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 2.0 GPA.
