Applicant must be a graduating high school senior who attended a high school in the Whittier Union High School District in Whittier, California. Must be planning to attend one of the following colleges: Pomona College, Whittier College, University of Southern California, Stanford University, or any campus of the University of California. Financial need must be demonstrated. Essay and current transcript required.
