Applicant must be a North Carolina resident and enroll full time at one of the 16 U of North Carolina constituent institutions. Preference is given to the children of employees of Tiepet, Inc., Universal Fibers, and related companies.

Recipient must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate continued financial need for renewal.
