Applicant must submit GRE scores and be a U.S. citizen. If not a citizen, applicant must attend U.S. educational institution and submit TOEFL scores if English is not primary language. Applicant must have completed less than one year of post-baccalaureate work toward a Ph.D. or Sc.D. following completion of undergraduate or medical degree.
Fellowship is renewable for up to five years if recipient maintains academic progress.
