Applicant must be a Maryland resident, apply as a high school senior, have and maintain a cumulative 3.0 GPA, enroll in an eligible program at a Maryland college or university, and have a combined annual family income of less than $95,000.
Renewable if recipient maintains cumulative 3.0 GPA.
Award must be repaid with interest if recipient does not work full-time in Maryland for one year for each year of assistance received.
