Applicant must rank in the top tenth of class and have a minimum 3.3 GPA in college preparatory classes and a minimum combined SAT I score of 1050 (composite ACT score of 24).

Renewable for up to four years if recipient maintains a minimum 2.8 GPA in the first year and a minimum 3.0 GPA in consecutive years.
