Applicant must be an incoming full-time freshman student with a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1000 (minimum composite ACT score of 21). Applicant must also have either a class rank in the top quarter or a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2.

Renewable for four years if recipient maintains a minimum 2.0 GPA.
