Selection is based upon academic credentials and special talents. Previous recipients have an average 3.6 GPA and an average SAT Reasoning score of 1220 (composite ACT score of 29).

Renewable for up to eight semesters if recipient has a minimum 3.0 GPA and remains a full-time student.
