Applicant must be a graduating senior or former graduate of Laguna Hills High School who plans to enroll full-time in an accredited two-year junior college. Financial need must be demonstrated. Minimum 2.5 GPA required. Priority given to student who would not otherwise be able to pursue post secondary education.
