Applicant must be a nonresident, demonstrate high academic achievement, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and be a first degree-seeking student enrolled full time (minimum 12 credit hours per semester). Incoming freshman applicant must rank in top 3% of secondary school class. Sophomore, junior, and senior applicants must be current or previous recipients of award. Recipients must complete a minimum of 40 hours of Arizona community service off campus at a nonprofit agency during year of award.
In-state tuition.
