Applicant must be a first-time, full-time student, demonstrate ability through audition, portfolio, or other documented experience, and file FAFSA.

Recipient must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA, complete at least 12 credit hours per semester, major in the field for which award was given, and reapply to retain scholarship.
