Applicant must be a high school senior who is a scholar athlete with cystic fibrosis. Financial need, academic accomplishment, and athletic ability in running must be demonstrated. Exercise log, essay, photo, letter from physician, W2 form, transcript, waiver, and letter of acceptance required.
