Elsie and Leonard Vosburgh Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduate of a Denver, Colo. high school with a minimum 3.0 GPA and financial need. Preference is given to applicants from diverse and/or disadvantaged backgrounds who will use education to benefit others in the community. African-American students are particularly encouraged to apply.
