Applicant must be enrolled in at least 12 semester hours, have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA, be willing to attend one club meeting each year and speak to the club at least once each semester or year, be an U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident, and have primary residence within 50 miles of Texarkana, Ark., or Texarkana, Tex.
Renewable up to two years if recipient maintains criteria required to earn scholarship.
