Applicant must be a graduate-level student attending an accredited school in the US, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and have been a resident of Kent County, Mich. for at least two years, (at time of application or prior to college study). Selection is based upon academic achievement, extracurricular activities, personal statement, and financial need.
Renewable if recipient maintains minimum 3.0 GPA and continues to demonstrate financial need.
