Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 high school GPA, must have a documented disability, must satisfy university admission requirements, and must submit an essay outlining background and educational career goals.

Renewable for up to five years if recipient maintains a minimum 2.5 GPA each semester while enrolled at Towson.
