Applicant must have at least one-quarter degree American Indian/Alaskan Native blood from a federally recognized tribe and demonstrate financial need. Certificate of enrollment, blood quantum from his or her tribe or Bureau of Indian Affairs, essay describing specific nature of emergency need, and financial need are required. Before applying, please call the office to verify funds are available.
