Applicant must be a resident of the United States who is enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited high school, trade school, college, or university. Applicant must create an original work showcasing an idea for a solution to the problem of reckless and distracted driving. Eligible formats include video, music, creative writing, or artwork.

Recipients may re-apply.
