Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA who has made significant contributions to their school and community, has demonstrated excellence in athletics and/or the arts, and has distinguished themselves as a leader. Preference is given to students living outside the Lower Mainland.
Renewable if recipient is enrolled in a minimum of 12 units of classes and maintains a minimum 2.0 GPA.
