Applicant must be a Missouri resident, transfer student, have an A.A. or A.S. degree, a minimum 3.25 GPA, and attend the university the semester immediately after graduation. Two awards are given for each public community college.
Award renewable based on completion of 24 semester credits at MU with a minimum 3.0 or better GPA.
