Applicant must be a member of a group currently underrepresented in dental hygiene programs, including African-Americans, Hispanics, Asians, Native Americans, and men. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be enrolled in an accredited program in the U.S., and complete the FAFSA or the Family Financial Service form of the ACT. Selection is based upon financial need and career goals statement.
