Clara Lionel Foundation Global Scholarship Program

Applicants must be citizens or natives of Brazil, Barbados, Cuba, Haiti, Grenada, Guyana or Jamaica who are eligible to study in the U.S. and have been accepted to an acredited four-year college in the United States. Applicants must be first time college freshmen and must be eligible to receive funding per the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
