Applicant must be a U.S. citizen/eligible non-citizen who is a permanent legal resident of Massachusetts and enrolled in a public or private secondary school in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Minimum 2.5 GPA and demonstration of difficult personal circumstances, high financial need, and strong academic promise to continue education at a college or university required.
Awards vary and are based on educational cost, including tuition, room, board, required fees, books and transportation.
