Applicant must have a minimum ACT score of 31 (1360 SAT, math and critical reading only) and a minimum unweighted 3.75 GPA. Leadership skills and an exceptional recommendation are required.

Award pays 75% tuition.

Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 3.5 GPA and a good student life record.
