Applicant must have a minimum 3.9 or rank in the top tenth of secondary school class and have a minimum composite ACT score of 28 (combined SAT Reasoning score of 1240).

Minimum 3.5 GPA and completion of at least 30 credit hours per year required to retain scholarship.
