Applicant must be a graduate of Donnelly Comm Coll, Johnson County Comm Coll, Kansas City Kansas Comm Coll, or a metropolitan Kansas City, Mo. community college, have earned an A.A. or A.S. degree, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Nonresident fees

Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 2.75 GPA and full-time enrollment.
