Applicant must be a female U.S. citizen, national or legal permanent resident of Asian and/or Pacific Islander ethnicity (as defined by the U.S. Census) who is from Alabama, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Wisconsin, and will be enrolling in an accredited college or university as a full-time, degree-seeking, first-year student in the upcoming academic year.
