Applicant must be a female resident of Mesa County, Colo., pursuing an associate degree at the Unified Technical Education Campus. Recipient must prepare and present a five minute speech at the April meeting of the American Business Women Association.

Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum cumulative 3.5 GPA and completes at least 12 credits per semester.
