Applicant must be a resident of Wake County, NC, who is a first-generation U.S. citizen, refugee, or immigrant planning to pursue a two- or four-year degree as a full-time student at an accredited public, private, or technical college or university in the state of North Carolina. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.
Renewable for four years if recipient maintains a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA and submits a report each semester.
