Applicant must be an entering freshman in the upper 10% of their graduating class with an outstanding academic record. Valedictorians and salutatorians of state-accredited high schools receive first consideration.

Award amount is for in-state full tuition and fees for two years.

Renewable if recipient remains enrolled as a full-time student with a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.
