Applicant must be an Oklahoma resident who is an incoming freshman student ranked in the top four percent of their high school class. Minimum ACT score of 30 and 3.8 GPA are required.
Award includes semi-private room waiver and $1,000 per semester.
Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 3.8 GPA.
