Applicant must be a New York/Tri-State or Tulsa area graduating high school student who plans to enroll full-time at a two- or four-year accredited institution during the upcoming academic year. Minimum 3.0 GPA, financial need, and demonstration of commitment to community service required.

Recipient must maintain good academic standing during their freshman year.
